The foundation is governed by a board of directors of well-respected citizens in our community. The Fire Department also is represented during board meetings by two management members, which include the Fire Chief and one battalion chief, there is also representation on the board from the firefighters labor representation L-1401. The fire managers and labor representatives on the board are not voting members of the board, their position is an advisory role to provide subject matter expertise for the board to make well informed decisions.
